How do I work? I use a time tracking app to track my time and bill you to the minute. I do not round up or down, though I try to work to 5 minute increments.
For alacarte and package hours, you’ll pay up front. I’ll let you know either monthly or on project by project basis how much time you have left. Hours WILL carry over.
FOR MONTHLY RECURRING PLANS, hours do not carry over and must be used in that month.
